At Sécrd Sons, we want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds at this time, we're excited to provide exchanges or store credit for your convenience. We encourage you to explore thoughtfully before placing your order.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
To ensure a seamless exchange experience, please meet the following criteria:
- Timeliness: Initiate exchange requests within 14 business days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and free from any markings (including makeup, deodorant, tanning products, etc.).
- Packaging: Returns should include original packaging and tags.
- Proof of Purchase: Keep your receipt handy—it's required for all exchanges.
- Care: Items returned in damaged condition or without prior authorization may be declined and returned to you at our discretion.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
- All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Unfortunately, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Sale prices are valid only during the promotional period.
- We do not offer price adjustments for previous purchases.
EXCHANGE LIMITATIONS
- You can exchange an item just once.
- Once an exchange is processed, the new item(s) are not eligible for future exchanges or returns.
SHIPPING & FEES
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping label costs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
- All international purchases are considered FINAL SALE.
